The BARE Method
BARE is a life coaching program and method designed to help people experience permanent weight loss.
This is not a diet, cleanse, or detox.
BARE is a total lifestyle change built on a foundation of self-love and a progression of steps that show you how to move through your day, and feel your feelings, without “needing” the numbing, protective shield that overeating can provide.
This is possibly unlike anything you have ever experienced before.
The BARE Method can teach you how to:
Decode your eating habits and figure out why you feel that urge to snack when you’re not really hungry, and why you keep eating even after you’re full.
Infuse your life with new experiences so that food is no longer your primary (or only) source of pleasure, excitement, or entertainment.
Rreconnect with your dreams, goals, and desires and start leading the life you really want, now, instead of postponing your dreams until “someday later” when your body is “perfect.”
I am thrilled to be one of a very small handful of certified BARE coaches personally trained by Susan Hyatt, the originator of the BARE method herself.
