You’re smart, successful, and you wish you could stop your habit of emotionally charged eating. You just don’t know how. This is the one thing you can't figure out. I can help.

Welcome to the Fat2Fierce® Group Class

In this powerful group class you will connect with amazing women who are also ready to end emotional eating, stop self-sabotage, and ditch diet drama forever.


This group is for women who want to step away from the cycle of endless dieting and stop suffering when they look in the mirror or find themselves in the fridge.


You’ll start to understand the role food serves in your life. In the process, you’ll begin to establish a new and healthy relationship with food as a source of nourishment. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, and manage your mind. I’ll teach you how to drop the transactional relationship with exercise, and discover ways to move your body that feel like love, not torture. We will be working from the inside out, and that’s what makes this different than anything else you have tried before.


The Fat2Fierce® group class is an 8-week virtual adventure led by yours truly.


We will meet on ZOOM each week where you will be guided and coached by me through each section of the Fat2Fierce® process.


The Fat2Fierce® process includes 6 main topics or themes, all designed to help you change your relationship with food, and with your body. Once you realize that food doesn’t really have control, and you know how to work with your body as a friend, you can begin to approach weight loss from a place of peace. Wanting to lose weight doesn’t have to be hard, and you definitely don’t have to do this alone.


Each week you will discover new awareness while learning how to upgrade different areas of your life, like how to make your morning routine more fun, how to choose exercise that feels like love, and how to satisfy your “emotional cravings” without turning to food.

Class breakdown:


  1. Introduction: Set up for success!

  2. Food: Explore your relationship with food and the role food is serving in your life.

  3. Body: Connect to your body and discover how to listen to the signals it is sending.

  4. Emotions: How to feel your emotions, and recognize the role they play in overeating.

  5. Eating: Practice attentive and mindful eating and learn how to stop overeating.

  6. Acceptance: Become friends with your body, start to like the skin you’re in.

  7. Strength: Discover exercise you love and start to notice your FIERCE.

  8. Wrap up: Find your fierce future self and identify steps for moving forward.

We will share stories, build friendships, and focus on fun and exciting group challenges that will guide you towards a brand-new relationship with your body and with food.

As we move through each week, you’ll notice the focus on food, and weight will begin to disappear. When you drop the dead weight in your mind, that's when the real magic happens. I'll be with you every step of the way!


Fat2Fierce® was designed to help women who are sick of diets, tired of gaining the weight back, and don’t know what to do anymore. This program is for women who are ready to make a big change. They want to jump off the diet hamster wheel, stop emotional eating, start living the life they deserve, and lose weight permanently. Fat2Fierce® will teach you new ways of looking at your life. You’ll gently build the confidence to go after what you want NOW; not once you lose the weight.


I’ll be honest, if you’re looking for a quick weight loss fix, this program is not for you.

Class details:

  • We will meet for eight 60-minute group coaching sessions designed to explore each theme of the Fat2Fierce® coaching program. Sessions will be recorded and sent to you via email, just in case you can’t make it live.

  • You'll have homework to help you explore each step (yes, you'll need to do the work).

  • We’ll have a private Facebook group for additional support and celebration.

  • You will also receive 2 private coaching sessions with me to work on your specific journey.
